Payment method

We offer three different payment methods to choose from:

    1.    Billing and payment via Klarna (Buy today and pay 14 days after or part-pay your purchase - Only For Scandinavian and Dutch customers)

    2.    Credit Card & direct bank transfer by Payson (Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard. Direct Payments by Swedbank, Nordea, Handelsbanken and SEB)

Regardless of the payment method above you choose, you will be redirected to the payment service's Web site to make the payment.
After successful payment, you will return to our store. An order confirmation will be generated and sent to your email address.

Online Payment

You can always feel safe to shop with your credit card/debit card issued by Visa or Mastercard at Payson as the payment method and even American Express if you choose Paypal as a payment method. We cooperate with Payson is one of the leading operators of Internet payments and Paypal is the most international. Both Payson and Paypal are PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) certified as beds for highest security of card payments.
When you pay by card you will be redirected to a secure page with SSL certificate of Payson or Paypal, where you can safely enter your card details and carry out the payment. Once the payment is approved you will be redirected back to shop.minifinder.se where you receive a confirmation that your purchase is completed.

Direct bank payment

MiniFinder offers direct bank payment through Payson, for customers at Handelsbanken, Nordea, SEB and Swedbank. For payment, you are automatically routed to your Internet banking site where you sign in to your bank box. The money is deducted directly from your bank account after you approve the transaction.

Subscription & Termination

Tracking and alarm system MiniFinder GO is a subscription-based product that is paid per invoice from MiniFinder Sweden AB. MiniFinder is billed monthly, quarterly, half-year or full year depending on the product scope and/or agreement. We apply not anyone notice, however, we require that later sent out invoices to be paid.

Shipping Conditions

Shipping fee: Free shipping on all deliveries within EU/EES. We cooperate with UPS and DHL both of which offer quick deliveries. Outside of the EU/EES and US shipping fee is based on weight and volume.

Returns & warranty


Right of withdrawal

As a customer, you always have 14-day withdrawal under Distance Contracts. That means if you buy goods by mail order or over the phone, the TV shop or internet, you have the option to cancel the purchase within 14 days. The withdrawal period begins to run from the day you received the goods.
If you regret your purchase and send a product back to us, we will refund your purchase amount within 10 days. As a customer, you pay return freight, and undo-product must always be returned in its original condition and in original packaging with accompanying packaging. The consumer is responsible for the risk of return shipping; this risk includes, among other things, that the product is damaged or lost during shipping. Enterprises do not have the right to return a product if the product packaging has been opened.

Warranty and claims

MiniFinder offers three- year warranty and three-year warranty under the Consumer Sales. All guarantees apply in EU/EEA.
The product warranty covers only initial errors, ie, errors that were in the product at the delivery. These manufacturing defects must be held by approved service, then you as a customer receive a free repair, or a new product, and replaced for any shipping charges. Valid for example, user errors or incorrectly set product, we have used our service charge you the cost. This also applies in cases where we can not find anything wrong with the product or when you caused the damage himself. We will not share addresses, phone numbers, email addresses or other personal information about our customers to third parties.
Customers' personal data is treated confidentially whether they specifically requested it or not. We use the information only to add customer orders and in order to send the newsletter to the customer on request.

Delivery Delay

The consumer has the right to cancel the purchase in case of delay if a customer does not accept the new proposed delivery date. Delivery time is typically 1 to 3 days for Sweden and 2 - 4 days for the EU and US.
We reserve the right to cancel the purchase at improper information on the website.


We offer free support for all of our devices and services delivered. Third party systems and/or solutions are not covered by free support and will be charged according to the consultant hourly rate.
